Our Remote Constant Support is a standard fixed rate support contract that is designed to cater
for the needs of businesses of all different sizes and markets. For a simple monthly flat fee,
Remote Constant Support gives you the peace of mind that regardless of issue, we will act in the
agreed time frames. The flat fee approach can be tailored to include as little or as much of our
support services.
As an alternative to fixed rate support contracts, we also offer FTI RightNow Support.
RightNow is a block hour IT support contract arrangement and is widely used by our customers
requiring hardware and software support. Software support has certain grey areas which sometime
fall into the category of training or consulting. RightNow removes this grey area and allows for
a better support service to promptly facilitate end user requirements. RightNow is also targeted
at smaller clients that require the occasional general IT assistance with the security that a
service level agreement is in place.
